you call our office, you are given the option to press '9'
for an Emergency. Please use this feature ONLY in
the case
of an actual emergency, as it contacts us immediately with
your message. Emergencies are generally categorized as any
issue which completely prevents you from working and can not
be circumvented (ie: server is down, crucial workstation is
down, entire network is down)
